LIVE THANKSGIVING SERVICE 27TH NOVEMBER 2021

Summary of what I learnt from the teachings of brother Daniel on our Thanksgiving service held on zoom.
We will be able to feel the presence of the holy spirit and hear him if we are true worshippers and follower of Christ.

If you find yourself in a confusing and bad situation and as a human it wants to compel you to what is against the will of God. Suddenly you will remember what the Bible says but most times we let our own desire prevail.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

1 Peter 3:9
[9]Do not pay back evil with evil or cursing with cursing; instead, pay back with a blessing, because a blessing is what God promised to give you when he called you.

Harsh words provokes anger. So if we want to caution or correct a brother we should do it with love and with the right words.
If you rebuke a scorner he will hate you but, if you rebuke a wiseman he will love you.
We should the wrong doing of the brother not the brother himself.

Proverbs 9:8
Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

Rebuking is like telling and reminding a brother not to leave the path of christ.

Revelation 3:19
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

One cannot correct himself by himself he need someone to see his flaws and correct him

Proverbs 16:2
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits.

Proverbs 21:2
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.
