Good Day everyone it's another beautiful day today I wish to talk on the current situation fashion designers are facing which needs to be put into consideration. customer's are always complaining that we fashion designers do disappoint them. in a situation where a fashion designer disappoint it will have a genuine reason.. you can't give a fashion designer cloth and expect to collect it within 3 working days it's can't be possible. WHY?, Fashion designer are always busy you can't expect us to leave a work for another. in a case of leaving work for another it depends on the PAY.

Fashion designers are always trying to meet up with the standards of work limit they can do they can't do more work than their power. but customers are always trying to force work on we fashion designers but no matter how we tell them we can't meet up with the work they we Force us to do it for them and if we later disappoint them they will be complaining. now let's talk about the customers disappointing.

All customer's have always been very frustrating to we fashion designers, they will give us cloth and they will promise to collect it within a week from their the cloth can use up to a year or more than without paying for the work done now tell me if it was the tailor that didn't sow the cloth who will they blame they all put the blame on the tailor which is bad. their is a cloth with me more than 3years I didn't see the owner then he showed up today telling me he wants to collect cloth I couldn't even recognize him nor is cloth again. a lot of senero like that I have seen but just calm and make peace reign within I and my customers.... their is no big deal about that fashion designer are meant to disappoint it will surely happen even customers too will surely disappoint so we both will surely disappoint the blame shouldn't be on the tailors alone

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE 🎄🎄🎄

I agree that time frame matters when it comes to delivering a job but also if the fashion designer cannot meet up with the time, it's their responsibility to let the customer know at the point of accepting that job.

Regarding the issue of customers leaving their clothes, I feel like it's better to collect at least 75% upfront. That way you're not really running at a loss if they don't come back in time

In some case where they say they will get back to you but they need the cloth urgently what will you do

In that case, you will stand on policy and let them know you can't work on the project unless they pay upfront. If you keep giving them a break, they will take you and your business for granted
