中秋佳节已过,阳澄湖的大闸蟹一直是不少美食者的爱好,仅仅是因为大闸蟹里的那鲜美蟹黄?也不全是,毕竟大闸蟹最出名的还是阳澄湖,从而网购也方便,但是要吃到正宗的阳澄湖大闸蟹,实属不易,大都数吃到的只是在阳澄湖洗澡过的大闸蟹而已。

当然我也不例外,昨天带着孩子逛超市,普通的大螃蟹55一斤,大闸蟹要88一斤,虽然我舍不舍买,但是最终还是买了八只大闸蟹,合计148元,算起来比在餐厅吃就划算很多了。下馆子吃这种大闸蟹要35-45一只,今天八只刚好一家四口每人能分到两只,足以,算是高消费了。偶尔带着孩子肆意一回,也不算浪费。

第一次做大闸蟹,只能按照抖音教程操作一番了。但是蒸熟后那个蟹黄散发出来的香味那真的能勾起不少食欲来。

小娃从未吃过螃蟹,所以还不知道从何下手,只能一边指导,但是也免不得帮她剥壳挑肉出来。其实我也是第一次吃大闸蟹,平常吃的是普通的螃蟹,早些年在温州岛屿上生活了两年,那两年吃海蟹倒是吃腻了。
