Have resigned from his duty , the resignation is coming after he admitted to watching pornography twice inside the parliament..
Neil Parish have admitted to the BBC reporters that he watched pornogeaphy in a moment which he termed as "moment of madness" And he said that the first time was accidental..
The 65-year-old Neil parish was actually suspended from his party on Friday because of the incident. And yeah the resignation will actually trigger a by-election for the seat in the southwest England.
The spokesperson for the Tiverton and Honiton Conservatives said they really thank and appreciate Neil Parish for his service over the past decade and that they support his decision to step down as the member of the Parliament.
According to reports, it was confirmed that two female MPs had reported Neil Parish after they witnessed the moment when he was watching the pornography at the Parliament..
Neil Parish has represented his district since the year 2010 and he also heads the Commons Environment, the food and the Rural Affairs Committee.
This can be referred to as the latest incident in a series of sexual misconduct claims in British politics...
Should we call this an act of indiscipline or an uncontrollable addiction to pornography ??

If he wants to watch whatever in his own time, I have no problem with that. But it is MY tax money paying him to sit in the House of Commons. No employer would allow an employee to ignore their duties on company time so blatantly.
It is yet another example of a ruling elite who have become so distanced that they have forgotten that they are supposed to be elected to represent us, not to rule over us with impunity.
