The Metacrisis is all of the existential risks that humanity currently faces, considered from a lens of the causational factors they all have in common: the socio-cultural ignorance and devaluation of the sacred.

Nobody wants our changing climate, for example, yet we all seem powerless to do anything tangible to stop it. Why are we careening towards a world, collectively, that none of us want individually?
