Happy Monday, food lovers....

How was your monday? I don't know why this Monday I want to make a simple and delicious dish. I don't want to make a variety of foods. Today I will make a dish that is actually my own favorite.

Seafood fried Vermicelli !

I used to have a regular fried vermicelli seller that was sold around the ckuster area. He not only sells fried vermicelli, but also fried rice, fried noodles, boiled noodles, fried kwetiaw, and boiled kwetiaw.

Since I used to work on a two shift system, I was always hungry after coming home from shift two work. Shift two ends at 11.00pm. So it was rare for food sellers to be available that night. So this fried vermicelli seller saved me! This mobile fried vermicelli seller starts selling from 05.00 pm to 01.00 am. Of the many menus he serves, I like his fried vermicelli the most.

Then, today because you're missing my regular fried vermicelli, I tried it myself at home. fyi; I've moved to another neighborhood five years ago, so for the past five years, I haven't eaten his fried vermicelli anymore.

Since I still have the meatballs and squid, I wanted to make a special seafood fried vermicelli!
