Happy weekend, food lovers!

Since it's the weekend, and I'm not quite as busy as usual, I wanted to make a special meal for my mom.

Anyway, because there are so many varieties of Indonesian food, especially with the extraordinary richness of spices, there are lots of Indonesian foods that are very tasty and popular.

I want to mention one example that is very famous and even once categorized as the most delicious food in the world; Rendang!

Rendang is a food that comes from Padang, West Sumatra. However, what I want to introduce to you this time is not Rendang, but other Padang specialties. Padang restaurants are very easy to find throughout Indonesia. In almost every area, restaurants that provide typical Padang cuisine are easy to find.

This morning, my mother bought me fresh squid from the Ciputat traditional market. You immediately think of the idea of making food that my mother has never eaten. Fyi: My mother doesn't like the spices for Padang dishes, which have a very strong spice taste.
So, I want to make my mother a special dish with spices that I have adjusted to my mother's taste.

Squid stuffed with tofu and eggs.

The menu that my mother knows about the meaning of Padang is only the typical grilled chicken.
In addition, my mom did not know that the meaning of Padang has many variations.

OK, let's go straight to the manufacturing process. stay tuned!

I can't think that anyone will say no to calamari, especially I can't say no to sea and seafood blended with spices. Those belonging to another culture, tradition and cuisine should definitely be tried.
