STIR-FRY TOFU AND BEAN SPROUTS SIMPLE

How is the weather at your place today? It's been raining all day at my place. What are you cooking today?

Anyway, Hive ... today I'm serving my mother's favorite dish. the ingredients of this dish are very easy and have a lot of nutrients for our bodies.

Stir-fry Tofu and bean sprouts.
Of course, everyone knows that tofu is a source of vegetable protein that is very useful for your body. In addition to its easy-to-digest texture, Tahun can also be used in a variety of cuisine variants. For your information; in my country there are many kinds of tofu, such as; yellow tofu, sumedang tofu, silk tofu, skin tofu. But what I'm going to use this time is tofu silk.

Then bean sprouts.

Believed to have a function as an antioxidant, bean sprouts are very popular. apart from being affordable, bean sprouts also have a distinctive taste. I also really like bean sprouts. Hmm ... maybe because I got it from my mother. LOL. O, bean sprouts are also believed to fertilize the womb. Lots of women who are undergoing a pregnancy program consume a lot of bean sprouts. So, don't be surprised if this one menu is very popular.

One more important component to make this dish; Mustard!

My mother said, mustard greens are very useful for neutralizing cholesterol and good for bones. My mother always said that when I was little and it was hard to eat vegetables. Then, I who dreamed of being an athlete became very voracious eating mustard greens.

Okay Hive, So I'll just share a simple recipe for stir-fried bean sprouts.


Ingredients:

  • tofu
  • bean sprouts
  • mustard
  • cayenne pepper
  • red chili
  • onion
  • garlic
  • candlenut
  • vegetable oil
  • tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper powder

tools


  • spatula
  • pan

step by step


  • wash all the vegetables.
  • diced silken tofu.
  • cut the mustard
  • Puree onions, garlic, and candlenuts
  • Slice the cayenne pepper and red chilies obliquely, as well as the tomatoes.

  • heat the vegetable oil, then add the mashed spices. After smelling good, add tofu. after two minutes, add the mustard greens and bean sprouts. Stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper powder. Taste it. if it's just right, wait for five minutes then remove and serve!
