Taking a walk to a village maintain side called (oke alafia)

It's been a while I partake in the Wednesday walk but today I was able to participate

,have really missed this part of me due to my bad phone I could not take pictures as I want but am happy I was able to be a part today

I decided to take a walk to a nearby settlement call (oke ayo) the village is very close to a very big mountain and just because of the mountain the village was named after the mountain ,(oke ayo) means a mountain of happiness and also some decided to name their street with this same orientation for example this particular Street

Some villagers became miners and earn money from working on this mountain

,this mountain has served as source of income to many in the village as I was walking I saw some men and women working on the mountain braking some granite

I decided to interview some of the workers and I was told that some people have been working on the mountain for years and they see it as a source of income they will brake some granite and sell to buyers or construction company that needs it what a lovely place to visit like the name implies a mountain of happiness maybe it was because of the money they are realising from the mountain result to the said name ,
I walk around the mountain and took some shots

and with that my Wednesday walk was just like an adventure it was such an interesting one for me
