Somos Tolon Accesorios, una tienda tecnológica que apoya la criptoadopcion [ESP-ENG]
Saludos estimados hivers, nos complace hacer nuestra presentación oficial en el ecosistema de Hive. Comenzamos a escribir nuestra historia con el nombre de usuario @tolonaccesorios desde el pasado 27 de abril de 2023.
¿Quiénes somos?
Somos una tienda dedicada a la venta de artículos tecnológicos, accesorios y algo más. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecerle al consumidor productos asequibles, modernos y de calidad, que faciliten sus actividades cotidianas y mejoren su bienestar.
Nuestra gama de productos va desde teléfonos celulares y sus accesorios, como lo son forros, vidrios templados y cerámica, hidrogel, popsockets, cables, cargadores, etc. También tenemos a su disposición enrutadores de Internet, aros de luz, micrófonos, audífonos, teclados, ratones, pendrives, memorias expandibles, cornetas y muchas cosas más. Ofrecemos para los usuarios de Hive herramientas para la creación de contenido, siendo de gran ayuda para la toma de fotografías, grabación de videos y música.
Abrimos nuestras puertas al público en diciembre 2020, en un pequeño quiosco ubicado dentro de las instalaciones del Centro Comercial Ginan, en la ciudad de Cumaná, Estado Sucre, Venezuela. Nuestro inicio fue durante la pandemia del COVID-19, por lo que no ha sido fácil, pero con nuestra dedicación, las ganas de seguir creciendo y mucho esfuerzo hemos logrado posicionarnos como una de las tiendas preferidas en nuestra ciudad.
Desde octubre del año pasado, gracias a esa constancia, logramos abrir otra tienda más grande y cómoda en la Calle Mariño, a pocos metros del banco Banesco de nuestra ciudad. Allí trabajamos 4 personas dispuestas a asesorar a quienes nos visiten, además de brindarle la mejor atención y proporcionarles un ambiente agradable mientras realizan sus compras con HBD. Estamos laborando de lunes a sábado en horario corrido de 8:30 am hasta las 06:00 pm.
A pesar de ser una tienda física, actualmente estamos incursionando en el mundo de las ventas a través de las redes sociales, así que gustosamente podemos atenderle de manera virtual a través de nuestra página oficial de Instagram @tolonaccesorios, en la cual estaremos informando sobre la llegada de nuevos productos y aclarando cualquier duda, de ser necesario, podemos hacerle llegar su pedido a través de envío nacional en caso de encontrarse en otra ciudad del país.
¿Cómo llegamos a Hive?
Debido a la situación económica del país y con el boom de los juegos NFT en ese momento, siempre buscamos la manera de facilitar el pago a nuestros clientes, de hecho, aceptamos otros tokens y criptomonedas, manejamos algunas wallet y el intercambio en algunas exchange como Binance, por lo que tenemos un modesto conocimiento sobre el mundo de las criptos.
En nuestra ciudad siempre veíamos personas usar franela y gorra negra con el nombre de Hive, teníamos la curiosidad de saber que involucraba ese nombre, no sabíamos a quién pedir información. Nos daba cierta incomodidad preguntar a esas personas donde las habían obtenido y de que se trataba, pensamos que podía ser una tienda nueva que habían inaugurado en la ciudad, por lo que no seguimos averiguando, pero teníamos la duda.
Un día, @mafalda2018 se acercó a nuestra tienda ubicada en el CC Ginan, quien en compañía de unas amigas andaban buscando unos regalos para sus hijos, entre ellas mismas comentaron que necesitaban cambiar unos HBD para hacer la compra en los próximos días. Ese comentario nos dio curiosidad por saber cuál era esa moneda que necesitaban cambiar y como la obtenían, desde entonces, los nombres de Hive y HBD nos daban vuelta en la cabeza, queríamos saber más.
Nuestra amiga @hylene74, a quien conocemos desde hace algunos años y es cliente fija, justamente llegó al tiempo con una franela negra que dice Hive y nos comentó que también tenía la necesidad de cambiar HBD para hacer unas compras de última hora. Así que le preguntamos si podría brindarnos alguna información sobre esos 2 nombres que ya habíamos escuchado y visto anteriormente, resulta que ambas cosas estaban relacionadas, wow! que sorpresa para nosotros. Así que gustosamente ella accedió a brindarnos los detalles de la plataforma Hive, de que trata, las comunidades que la conforman, como funciona, sus monedas, etc.
Ahora la pregunta que nos hacíamos era, ¿cómo podemos hacer para que los usuarios de Hive pudieran pagar con sus HBD en nuestro establecimiento sin la necesidad de realizar el intercambio en un exchange? La pregunta surge porque muchas veces el proceso puede ser lento y hasta engorroso, queríamos que ellos pudieran pagar directamente en nuestra tienda a fin de garantizar la comodidad de su compra.
La amiga @hylene74 se ofreció en ponernos en contacto con las personas encargadas de la logística para pertenecer a esta gran familia, se trata del equipo que conforma la comunidad de @hivesucre. Luego de aclarar varias dudas, decidimos incorporar el HIVE y el HBD a nuestras formas de pago.
Nos pusimos en contacto a través de Telegram con el equipo de @hivesucre, hablamos con @lucianav quien amablemente mostró disposición en ayudarnos y luego de varios días ella en compañía de @omarcitorojas y @melor9 visitaron nuestro negocio, crearon la cuenta, nos dieron nuestro usuario, claves y nos explicaron el uso de la billetera. Al fin habíamos ingresado al mundo blockchain de Hive, así que le damos las gracias a ese grupo por su amable atención y abrirnos las puertas a este grandioso proyecto.
Ese mismo día vivimos la extraordinaria experiencia de realizar nuestra primera venta que fue pagada con HBD y nos complace anunciar que las expectativas fueron superadas, fue una transacción rápida, fácil y segura, algo que nos dio tranquilidad y nos hace sentir orgullosos por formar parte de este gran proyecto de criptoadopción, el cual es un logro de la comunidad de @hivesucre y queremos que sepan que cuentan con nuestro apoyo.
Desde entonces, hemos atendido a varios clientes, algunos solo se han acercado a preguntar, otros han adquirido accesorios y herramientas pagando con sus HBD. Sabemos que poco a poco se irá incrementando la cantidad de hivers que nos visitarán y comprarán cómodamente sus artículos anhelados.
Nuestras expectativas en Hive
Esperamos interactuar con muchos usuarios, algunos ya conocidos, otros por conocer, aprender más sobre el funcionamiento de esta increíble y extensa red blockchain. Más adelante, ir creando contenido relacionado con nuestros productos, experiencias y sobre otros temas, ya que hemos visto que hay cualquier cantidad de comunidades, hacer promociones para nuestros clientes hivers, recibir muchos pagos en HIVE / HBD y realizar transacciones B2B para que de esta manera podamos seguir interactuando con el ecosistema Hive, su entorno y su economía.
Damos nuevamente las gracias por brindarnos la oportunidad de pertenecer a este gran proyecto de criptoadopción, nuevo para nosotros y que quizás tiene tiempo creciendo en silencio, pero gracias al equipo de @hivesucre está dando mucho de qué hablar positivamente, generando grandes cambios e influyendo para bien en la vida de muchas personas en nuestra ciudad, en nuestro estado y alrededor del mundo.

Greetings dear hivers, we are pleased to make our official presentation in the Hive ecosystem. We started writing our story with the username @tolonaccesorios since last April 27, 2023.
Who are we?
We are a store dedicated to the sale of technological items, accessories and something more. Our goal is to offer consumers affordable, modern and quality products that facilitate their daily activities and improve their well-being.
Our products range from cell phones and their accessories, such as cases, tempered glass and ceramics, hydrogel, popsockets, cables, chargers, etc. We also have at your disposal Internet routers, light rings, microphones, headphones, keyboards, mice, pen drives, expandable memory, headsets and much more. We offer Hive users tools for content creation, being of great help for taking pictures, recording videos and music.
We opened our doors to the public in December 2020, in a small kiosk located inside the Ginan Shopping Center, in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela. Our beginning was during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it has not been easy, but with our dedication, the desire to continue growing and a lot of effort we have managed to position ourselves as one of the favorite stores in our city.
Since October of last year, thanks to that perseverance, we managed to open another larger and more comfortable store on Mariño Street, a few meters from the Banesco bank in our city. There we work 4 people ready to advise those who visit us, besides giving them the best attention and providing them with a pleasant environment while they make their purchases with HBD. We are working from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Despite being a physical store, we are currently venturing into the world of sales through social networks, so we can gladly assist you virtually through our official Instagram page @tolonaccesorios, in which we will be reporting on the arrival of new products and clarifying any questions, if necessary, we can send your order through national shipping if you are in another city in the country.
How did we get to Hive?
Due to the economic situation of the country and with the boom of NFT games at that time, we always looked for a way to facilitate the payment to our customers, in fact, we accept other tokens and cryptocurrencies, we manage some wallet and exchange in some exchange like Binance, so we have a modest knowledge about the crypto world.
In our city we always saw people wearing flannel and black cap with the name Hive, we were curious to know what that name involved, we did not know who to ask for information. It gave us some discomfort to ask those people where they had obtained them and what it was about, we thought it could be a new store that had opened in the city, so we did not continue to find out, but we had the doubt.
One day, @mafalda2018 came to our store located in the CC Ginan, who in the company of some friends were looking for some gifts for their children, among themselves commented that they needed to change some HBD to make the purchase in the coming days. That comment made us curious to know what was the currency they needed to exchange and how they got it, since then, the names of Hive and HBD were going around in our heads, we wanted to know more.
Our friend @hylene74, who we have known for some years and is a regular customer, just happened to arrive with a black flannel that says Hive and told us that she also needed to exchange HBD to make some last minute purchases. So we asked her if she could give us some information about those 2 names that we had heard and seen before, it turns out that both things were related, wow! what a surprise for us. So she gladly agreed to give us the details of the Hive platform, what it is about, the communities that make it up, how it works, its currencies, etc.
Now the question we were asking ourselves was, how can we make it possible for Hive users to pay with their HBD in our establishment without the need to make the exchange in an exchange?. The question arises because many times the process can be slow and even cumbersome, we wanted them to be able to pay directly in our store in order to ensure the convenience of their purchase.
Our friend @hylene74 offered to put us in contact with the people in charge of the logistics to belong to this great family, the team that makes up the @hivesucre community. After clarifying several doubts, we decided to incorporate HIVE and HBD to our payment methods.
We got in touch via Telegram with the @hivesucre team, we talked to @lucianav who kindly showed willingness to help us and after several days she and @omarcitorojas and @melor9 visited our business, created the account, gave us our username, passwords and explained the use of the wallet. At last we had entered the blockchain world of Hive, so we thank this group for their kind attention and for opening the doors to this great project.
That same day we lived the extraordinary experience of making our first sale that was paid with HBD and we are pleased to announce that expectations were exceeded, it was a fast, easy and secure transaction, something that gave us peace of mind and makes us feel proud to be part of this great crypto-adoption project, which is an achievement of the @hivesucre community and we want them to know that they have our support.
Since then, we have served several customers, some have only approached to ask, others have purchased accessories and tools paying with their HBD. We know that little by little we will increase the number of hivers that will visit us and buy their desired items comfortably.
Our expectations in Hive
We expect to interact with many users, some already known, others to be known, to learn more about the functioning of this incredible and extensive blockchain network. Later on, create content related to our products, experiences and other topics, as we have seen that there are any number of communities, make promotions for our hivers customers, receive many payments in HIVE / HBD and perform B2B transactions so that in this way we can continue interacting with the Hive ecosystem, its environment and its economy.
We thank you again for giving us the opportunity to belong to this great crypto-adoption project, new to us and that perhaps has time growing quietly, but thanks to the @hivesucre team is giving much to talk about positively, generating great changes and influencing for good in the lives of many people in our city, in our state and around the world.
