5 MONTH WAITING - VILLAGE BOY STORY

Yeah, after waiting for almost 5 month plus its time to harvest .

The 5 month of waiting is quite hard , there is no income but it always to spend money everyday to buy food for almost 200 egg ducks.

With no education , no information and no capital planning , me and @redkeng3 start 200 egg ducks farming . Lucky , my brother is helping out with the food and mostly taking care the duck with our farm worker at hometown.

Since we have the paddy machine , we save a lot on food during the duck growing up. We use the paddy husk that has been process for the food. To be honest they daily food is extraordinary . If we didnt being help with the paddy husk , the daily cost is around 25USD just to giving food , medicine and vitamin for 200 ducks.

If you follow my post in this community , we start around 250 ducks but only around 200 ducks that survive until now. It's not easy to grow the duck after the duck just hatch from it eggs. We start with 2 batch of them , the first batch is around 100 which now already start giving their eggs while the rest still need around 1 month to fully giving eggs.

The journey is not easy , but yeah it worth after we getting the result. This is some eggs from the first batch. It was around 40-60 eggs daily harvest and i think it ll can reach 150 ++ if all the duck start giving their eggs .

Even we get that much eggs , but it actually not enough supply which mean it was another good news for us for expansion. But , we ll operate and repeat the process we cover the 5 month expenses and then we ll think to upgrade the scales.

Here how we process the food and giving the duck their dinner.

@redkeng3 is on action giving his kid food . :p.

Happy kid getting their food :).

If you realise , not every ducks is already big. Some still need at least 1 month to matured , and we waiting for it. :). I just wish they will grow up happily and give us abundances eggs.

I wish everyone have a great day today. Thanks to stop by , see you in another post.

Cheers !!**

I love animal husbandry so much!
Your farm is beautiful, and since you have a sustainable means of feeding your ducks, it will be less difficult for you to raise more.
I heard duck eggs are sweeter than chicken eggs, though I haven't eaten duck eggs before.
Keep up the great work!
