THE KING OF FRUIT
I guess everyone know about durian . In my place , durian was called the king of fruit. Some people know durian because it's smell . The strange strong odour of durian make people hate it even before they taste it , but some craving to it because of that smell. Even some hotel didnt allowed their costumer bring durian at their hotel room because it was very hard to remove that smell.
Let me tell you something about durian . Despite of people say the smell of it very strong and bad , but i say durian smell is the best .
WHY?
Because durian is one of the best fruit that i know. I can confirm you that durian taste if very different . It smell so strong and it taste yummy , creamy , salty and sweet in the same time. It was strange taste but it was super delicious.
THE CHEAPEST DURIAN IN TOWN
Durian can be sell until hundred of dollar. But , today i dont want to bring you to expensive durian spot but indeed i want to bring you to the cheapest Durian in Town.
So far , the cheapest durian that i can found (other than free of charge) is in Pontianak , Kalimantan. They sell durian as low as 10,000 Indonesia rupiah. If you convert the Indonesia currency to MYR , it only cost RM2.85 for each of it.
RM 2.58 is about only 65 cent in dollar unit. Can you imagine how much durian you can eat with that cost.
I dont really remember where they open their stall but i guess if you come to potianak Indonesia , you can find them around the town. Please dont hesitate to come and finish all the durian.
The photo was taken by me in Pontianak , Indonesia. So far , this is the cheapest and delicious durian in town. I hope i have opportunity to visit this place again so i can taste their durian again.

Haha, I have heard of some SE Asian countries that ban durian on public transport and in hotels, but in Cambodia you can open a durian on a bus, but you'll likely have to share it with everyone 🤣. Everyone here loves the smell, and I do too, but I don't like to eat it. I guess I am the opposite of most people because it seems those who like the taste often don't like the smell. I do love jackfruit though, and when my wife and I go to the market we often disagree on which one to buy.
Yeah , in our country and maybe Indonesia they prohibit people to bring durian inside the hotel . Sometimes some hotel didnt allowed other fruit inside the room. My friend say that some customer didnt like the smell and it was very hard to remove the smell from the room . They even fined customer that bring the fruit inside .
Jackfruit is one of my favourite . My wife love mango , she even dont mind i called her mango monster . Lucky , the was 2 mango trees at hometown that fruit all year.
