Often, what’s at fault is our perception of life and our understanding of what really matters in it. As you say, the real treasure lies in those who fill our days with joy and give us every reason to be happy: our parents, children, siblings and friends.
Once we realise that this is what truly brings us happiness, the world will be a much better place.
