How to survive the heat wave…

We are very lucky. Yesterday we travelled back to the city from our staycation at the Pyrenees, just at the very same moment that the heat wave is hitting strongly in our country.
The weird thing of this unprecedented heat wave is that is being more intense in the mountains than in the seaside, so even if we are reaching important temperatures here as well we can survive with the air conditioning and doing naps in the shadow.

Enzo is suffering a lot from this high temperatures, he is somehow apathetic to go outside and prefers the comfort of my bed than the heat of the pavement. Obviously, we have suspended any outdoor running for the moment.

The worst is during the nights, the temperature hardly falls below 27 degrees and this is really bad for sleeping.
So, yes, to have a good air conditioning system is a must these days in the city.

I agree with Enzo (cool face by the way), indoor is better right now! Enjoy your A/C, the same heat wave has been hitting France since yesterday, and no A/C in my parents' house 😓 They do have a pool though, life saving!
Have a great Sunday!
