Discovering a Doggy Beach

I just finished a 1.36km hiking that lasted about 0hh:58mm:6ss !

We knew about this beach that is about 25 kilometers south of Barcelona, between Castelldefels and Sitges but we had never been there before.
It is a small beach near what was an old industrial breakwater, now unused and which is known by dog lovers from all over the region since it is one of the few beaches that allows dogs at any time of the day.
The truth is that it has been a discovery for us and especially for Enzo who has enjoyed a lot.
The beach is totally clean, free of excrement since the owners of the dogs are more civilized than many of the "swimmers" that you can find in any other beach.
The only handicap is that there are no nearby services, nor showers... but hey, it doesn't have to be essential either.
Castelldefels town is only 15' far from the site so we had lunch in a restaurant there after our beach bath and hike.
I am happy we have found this little beach. Now we can enjoy from the sea altogether including the dog. We will come back for sure next weekend too.

I've never understood the dog ban. If the owners are responsible enough it isn't a problem. A few bad apples poison the barrel though and just because some jerks can't look after their animals and like 2 kids get bit over the course of a year the entire dog-owning community gets zero access. It's good that you found at least one that will let Enzo run around (I presume that is your dog's name?)

Yes, Enzo is his name.
We have a few beaches allowing dogs, the problem is the owner not the dog.
