I just finished a 6.08km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:19ss !
A healthy run at noon.
After 3 hours of meeting in videoconference I needed a wide respite so although I had not planned to go out for a run today, I have not seen a better time to do it.
The temperature is cold in Barcelona but fortunately it has stopped raining and the ground on the hill is damp and muffled.
It was almost a walk but in the end, Enzo and I were able to do 6 km with some accumulated unevenness and end with a better mood to continue working this afternoon.
By the way, congratulations to all, HIVE is entering the top100 !!!

Man, 3 hours of videoconference... Harsh!
But there's no better thing than going for a run afterwards, great way to stretch the body!

Running is my "escape valve" 😂
Walking or running in the morning is the best. I like to exercise at the beginning of the day, I don't know why, but I'm always energized and motivated! The hardest thing is consistency, but doing it regularly is very healthy and has many benefits! Cheers!
