Are we still in a bull run or the bears have taken over

Last year bitcoin broke its normal circle by not having a blown out top and also not trading according to previous trends, we could say bitcoin is currently trading in an uncharted region there by causing mayhem to traders especially those trading futures, it has gotten them so confuse as bitcoin doesn't 01seem to follow pervious patterns of past bull run circle.

Bitcoin is currently having a double button at 40500 region and most traders hopes this could be bottom of the dump, but fundamental analysis, keeps signals of more dump incoming as miners are on the move again from Kazakhstan searching for where they would get both cheaper electricity and internet as the internet facilities has been shut down and a serious uprising has started with revolutionary protest with citizens complaining of high inflation rate and increment in the price of petroleum products.
