The Magic of Brașov - A City of Unspeakable Charm!
"Is today Wednesday?" I asked uncertainly...
"Exactly," replied the calendar sternly.
"Well," I perked up, "Then it's time to go on a trip." And today it will be .... perhaps it will be Brașov.
Brașov is a city that has a charm that cannot be expressed in words. It is a place of great beauty and history, where one can travel back in time and experience the old world without having to put up with the not-so-pleasant aspects of life during that period.
This city is known for its incredible preservation of its ancient architecture. From the windows, lanterns, and doors to the houses and the paving stones on the road – all of these elements help to create a magical atmosphere.
Today, looking at the photographs that I took then, I understand that I was simply mesmerized by all these details.
Walking through the narrow streets of Brașov, one can almost feel what it was like to be living in a walled city so many years ago.
As you can see, any of these narrow streets can be easily blocked, making the city impregnable.
It is easy to see why this city is so beloved by so many. From the Saxon architecture to the cobblestone streets, to the hills and valleys, Brașov has something for everyone.
And with its many restaurants, bars, and cafes, this city is an ideal place to spend some time and relax.
The city is also home to some incredible cultural attractions, such as the old city center, the Black Church, the art galleries, and the old city walls. Whether you’re looking for a day of exploration or a romantic getaway, Brașov has something for everyone.
