Piled-Up Cracks

Offenses are made before forgiveness comes in place. I won't be a judge and I hope you won't either… I say this because offenses committed are in levels. Some minor while others are deep, truthfully, you can never tell how tight the shoes are until you put them on.

What would you say about a so-called best friend who handles a laundry shop and ask her friend to accompany her for delivery but at the end it was all a set up with an interior motive of rape to gain extra cash?

Or what would be your reaction if you found out that you were switched from birth and your real parent happens to be wealthy but even after discovering the truth, they still choose the child they know over you that's the actual child, and even the parents you thought were yours disregarded you after finding out that you're not their actual child? That will be a situation of rejection from both ends right?

Have you also thought of a situation where a single mom who lost her husband and has been raising her only child, suddenly finds out that her own child drugged and bedded her because…..

Well, I am sure the last story will interest you the most,that's why I served it last. I happened to come across this news some time last year, it could be real and could not, at least we all know how the social media world operate most times. However it might be, it was indeed quite frightening.

The boy in question happens to be a young man probably in his early 20’s. From the story line, the boy is a university student who goes to school from home and returns after lecture. His mom normally prepares dinner on time and lays on the long chair in their sitting room to wait for his return.

When the young man returns home, he greets his mom, freshens up and comes to be with mom. After little chats, he goes to the kitchen and dishes out each of their food portions, through that medium he drugs his mom.

After eating a little, his mom goes unconscious and there he has it with her💔. The mom wakes up feeling different every now and then but she disregarded it and maybe thought it was her imagining too much, not until the worst happened.

The little boy impregnated his mother, not once but 3 times. Being that we Africans are awarded one of the best winners when it comes to religious beliefs, the mother thought her pregnancy was the doing of a spirit husband.

She engaged herself more in prayers and cast out evil demons in the form of spirit husbands through the leadership of her pastor; she then aborted the child.

Then again, there was a second time. She became pregnant, who would believe her story? She however continued with her prayers…and aborted the second time.

Not until there was a third time, did she realize how tense the matter is. Then she thought of the possibility, could a spirit being impregnate a woman physically?
She thought of her routine recently and tried placing 1 and 2 together.

Then she realized the food. It was funny tho, who would suspect her own blood? No forget it, her son…her child.o, ah!!

But it was her reality anyways. Her suspicion was just on the food and not even her son yet. So that very evening, after her son dished her meal, she didn’t eat it but behaved like she did, and then lay on her long chair to sleep.

I wasn't there, so don't ask me how long it lasted but then, it happened. Her son came back to check on her and as usual made his attempt but this time, it was unsuccessful.

Immediately he lay on her and about to commit the abominable act for only God knows how long, his mom caught him by the hand. From the tune of her voice, while she was telling this side of the story.. I could feel the strings and pains even though I wasn't wearing her shoes and would never wish to do so.

The boy was shocked, it was expected, since he was taken by surprise. At the end, the mom gathered family members and informed them.

Traditional cleansing was highly recommended first. and then questions were thrown at the young man, which he didn't give any response to and after that day, he ran away from the house and from the story line, that was the reason the mother decided to make the news public.

Of course, a mother's love can never die but i would say, this kind of pain from a story as this could kill even before love is considered.

The first story shared is a true life experience with a close friend of mine, the second is from a fantasy story I am currently reading titled “Hidden Marriage;pick up a son, get a free husband”. Then the last, you know already.

There are more deeper hurts than this out there and if forgiveness should come in place I think that would have to be a very deliberate effort because it would never be easy and such cases can never be forgotten.
