On our way to a family outing in La Union Philippnies, we passed thru at the public market of Pugo, La Union. It was a newly built building, on the photo you can see also one of the local mode of transportation , the tricycle (left most) beside the motorcycle. Not all spaces is rented so some of the stalls is still closed.
