This was taken on my recent visit to my father's hometown. My cousins accompanied me to the Blue Lagoon because I've been wanting to cliff-jump. They didn't jump or swim, so it was just me. Then these two boys suddenly jump in front of me. Luckily, I was able to snap a photo of them. But after this, I asked them to jump again, and they jumped more than ten times. 😅

A few weeks ago we went as a family to the beach and just taking pictures of my son, my life partner and a nephew, I was able to capture their dives from different angles and some of them are impressive figures. I hope you like them.

Hi @travelcontest

The eve of San Juan (St. John's Eve) is celebrated in the Mediterranean area and the Balearic Islands as a purification festival, in fact its origin is pagan and it is celebrated on the summer solstice. To ward off evil spirits, 9 small bonfires must be jumped over and during the jumps, wishes are asked to be fulfilled during the summer.

Thank you! :)
As a European, I think many of our modern festivals have pagan roots. Even some of the stuff people do inside of the churches also seem to have pagan origins. A bit refurbished and put to the right cause :D

Totally agree, pagan roots even from many centuries ago.

Thanks for the comment.

I want to tell you that every day I take on a challenge in photography among other aspects of my life, but doing sports photography has been the biggest challenge of this year, with an incredible demand that tests my knowledge about the handling of the camera and image composition. I was anxious for days to do this job until the moment arrived.

This is a cycling competition that takes place every year in August in the city of Táriba. It had already been 6 years without taking place due to the crisis that the country went through and this year they decided to resume this important sporting activity, which is called the Consolation cycling classic.

I was reading about cycling photography, how to work the shutter speed to register movements without blurring the main element, I was studying about sports composition and these were the results, I am satisfied with many of the images, these are some of them, I hope you like them.
