Even though it’s spring in Sydney, it is still the perfect time to have a nice bowl of hot ramen. The temperature these few days have been pretty cold and we wanted to try a new place so thought we got to Ramen Zundo and give it a try. As it was lunch time, we were worried we won’t be able to get a seat due to COVID19 restrictions but luckily there were a few left.

悉尼雖然是春天但氣溫都凍所以食一碗拉麵就最完美. 最近發現有一間拉麵店沒有吃過就想看看他們的湯底是怎麼樣的. 因為是吃中午飯的時段害怕疫情的關係控制人流可能沒有座位但剛好還有位置給我們吃.

Let’s have a look at the menu. Although the main offering there were rice choice for those who don’t want to have ramen. We ordered a Tonkotsu Original ramen and a Tonkosu Black ramen with a salmon sashimi and chicken karage as an additional side for an extra $3.50 each during lunch.

先看他們的餐牌. 雖然是拉麵為主但他們都會有飯類給客人選擇. 我們叫一碗招牌豬骨湯底拉麵,一碗黑豬骨湯底拉麵加一份魚生和炸雞. 魚生和炸雞在中午時段叫只是每樣加 $3.50.

Here comes our food. The smell of the pork broth was already a great start. The broth was super thick and the noodles were just enough. Because we ordered sides, it was enough but if you don’t, I recommend either order extra noodles or another topping if you are a big eater. The cha shu and egg was yummy and it felt like you want to go back for more. I think overall the meal was great except the price of the ramen was a bit on the expensive side considering the size of the food is not huge.

兩碗拉麵一出來已經聞到香噴噴的豬骨湯底. 湯底非常濃. 這個拉麵的份量不是很大所以叫了魚生和炸雞就剛剛好. 如果胃口好就要加面底才夠吃.叉燒和蛋都做得非常之好. 總括來講這間拉麵店做拉麵的味道不錯但用這個價錢給我們的份量不是很多所以覺得有一點貴.
