HBD Annuity - Get A Free Computer Every 3 Years
Let me start off by saying, it's not clickbait. You can get a free computer every three years by using HBD Savings. You can click here to see the maths involved. What we are using here is called an Annuity. This is a fund that pays out a target amount monthly, or annually. Except that here we are working towards every 3 years.
How It Works
The assumptions are that you are able to put $2500 HBD into savings and wait 3 years for the 12% interest to do its magic. By that time, you will have $1012.32 in interest, which you can withdraw to buy a $1000 computer. And, you will get this same amount every three years.
How To Use This
If you are good at bookkeeping, you can use this same method for all kinds of purchases. You just add more HBD to reach your target. Let's say you want to go on Holiday every year, spending 1000 HBD. Then add another $9000 to HBD savings for an annual $1080 in interest.
Alternatively, if you're crap at bookkeeping, you can put the 9000 HBD into savings for a Hive alt account. This way your vacation money and computer money are separate.
Start Small
Maybe you don't have $2500 or $9000 to put into HBD Savings. But, anything you put into savings will help you achieve that goal. If you can only come up with $500, then that's $200 less that you have to pay out of pocket every 3 years. $200 could buy you a phone. Imagine a free phone every 3 years.
In order to have $9000 HBD, you need to have $1 HBD, $5 HBD, $10 HBD, and every number in between. If you start now, you can eventually get there. It starts with having a target number. Then, you'll do everything in your power to hit the target. Having goals is magical in that way.

Wow that's a cool tactics to plan ahead and tbh honest you can't find such opportunity outside hive.
The $500 is achievable if I put the work in, with $200 you can get a decent UK used laptop over here.
Hopefully HBD stays in the $1 range, this year is going to be an even exciting one go HBD with new projects rolling in and focusing on HBD use case.

I was actually thinking about a $350 computer. But, I thought I'd give more wiggle room. And you're right. Even a decent used one every three years will do the trick.

That's honestly the best price to get a decent one tbh, but here in Nigeria the dollar to naira rate is alot 1/560.
Might not be able to get it in an online store but at the local shop you can negotiate your way through and get the best deal, might not be the latest one though but will definitely do the job.
