Birds in the middle of nowhere

A flower blooming in the desert proves to the world that adversity, no matter how great, can be overcome.- Matshona Dhliwayo

I am not very talented at taking pictures so I tried to share with you the most beautiful pictures (in my opinion) I took in the middle of the desert when I visited a very impressive National Park in Israel.

As we know, the desert is an arid place where life is extremely hard even for small fliers, due to lack of food and especially lack of drinking water, but despite the almost impossible conditions, these birds have adapted perfectly to survive in these harsh conditions.

I honestly don't know the name of this species of birds, although I asked nobody could tell me, from what I saw they were used to tourists and didn't get scared when you approached them.

They were so curious to observe our every move.

They had an orange streak on their plumage, and when they flew it looked like a streak of fire.

What do you think of when you see that orange stripe in their plumage?

As far as I observed, they were solitary, only a few times did I see more than one at a time .

Even if we were in the middle of nowhere they have extraordinary senses in finding food and water, right here while we were posing them they found an eye of water, they are really special, we can take them as an example when we are subjected to hard trials in everyday life to not give up and prove that we can overcome any trial.

I'm amazed how calm and friendly those birds were. I can never take any bird photos as I can never get close enough to them. Nice photos.

I'm glad you liked the pictures, it wasn't so easy to take these photos, but we were lucky that the birds were used to the presence of tourists and weren't bothered by the fact that we were photographing them.
Thank you!

Love the orange streak on them. These are some good pictures, why do you feel you aren't talented?

Glad you liked the pictures of these very interesting birds and thanks for stopping by.
I don't have a very good photography technique and I didn't take a photography course, so sometimes when I compare my photos with other amazing photos, I realize I still have a lot to learn.
