My little girl is sick! 🐕💗🙏

This little girl has been sick for a while because she is constantly eating the poop of her other dogs in the park! We can't prevent this, we tried to put it on and move it around, but he is very afraid of the mouthpiece. He also doesn't like walking around with a leash, he always pulls on the leash. We took it to the vet and he prescribed us loads of vitamins, antiseptics and probiotics. He also offered new food, but he never eats the food, he always asks for the food we eat. We can't give her her meds because she doesn't eat food. This has been making me incredibly sad lately.

I crushed the food into small pieces, wet it and spooned it. He didn't agree at first, but I had no choice but to force-feed him for the antibiotic drink.
