Pierre Loti Hill! (Hagia Sophia, Galata Tower, Suleymaniye Mosque) 🕌🇹🇷

Yesterday we went to Pierre Loti Hill, one of the historical places of Istanbul, named after the French novelist who lived in Istanbul in 1876. There are many historical mansions on the hill, these mansions have been transformed into places where visitors can have a pleasant time, but their historical texture has never been damaged! Tourists come here from many parts of the world, yesterday during our visit there was a group from different countries. I would like to say that it is really one of the places worth seeing. This place has a special importance for me because I spent my childhood years here. My high school life, my friends I made, all my memories are here. That's why I often come here to breathe the air and drink a nice Turkish tea against the view.

When you look from the hill, it is possible to see many valuable buildings; Hagia Sophia, Galata Tower, Suleymaniye Mosque and many historical buildings can be seen from this hill. People have the chance to come here and watch the whole Istanbul.

There are also very old cemeteries on Pierre Loti Hill and people come here to visit their loved ones. Our beloved father lies here too. When we come, we also visit him and pray. There are also graves of important people who lived in history in this cemetery. There are monuments of many names who lived in the Ottoman period. This place has an incredible energy in every way. I am sorry that I cannot reflect that energy with what I have written here, but I strongly recommend you to come here and experience that energy. It has an incredible mystical energy!
