Hello my lovely hive friends , lots of love from me .Really I am very happy and enjoying this hive platform .Today I am going to share one of my favourite recipe -Fresh gourd curry recipe.As a Bengali, i always try to share my Bengali dish.Today i am sharing my Bengali style fresh gourd curry recipe.Really so healthy and nutritious recipe. In a word it is very popular Bengali dish.

Lets do it..

Ingredients

1.Fresh gourd-1
2.Bay leaves -3
3.Raw green chilli -8
4.Onion-2
5.Garlic-1
6.Tumaric powder -1 tbsp
7.Salt-1.5 tbsp
8.Cumin - 1 tbsp
9.Five coriander -2 tbsp
10.Mustrad oil-3 tbsp

How to make delicious Bengali dish gourd curry?

1.Take 1 pieces of Fresh Gourd and remove gourd peels and cut as wish.

2.Take onion, garlic and remove both peels and chop it .

3.Take 3 pieces of bay leaves.

4.Take green raw chilli 8 pieces.

5.Mix 3 tbsp mustard oil and mix onion garlic,bay leaves,five carminents,raw chilli.

6.Mix fresh gourd in pan and mix tumaric powder and salt.

7.Mix 1/2 Cup water with gourd and boil this curry 20 minutes.

8.So the healthy fresh gourd curry recipe is ready to serve.
