Delicious Eggplant and radish cooked together with small shrimp

Here I have the materials-

Eggplant, radish, small shrimp, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I took water in a container. This time I peeled the eggplant and cut it into small pieces and put it in water.

This time I cut the radish into rounds. This time I cut it in two from the middle. Now I have washed them well.

This time I put a ring in the oven and gave the same amount of water to the pan. This time I will burn it with salt, turmeric powder and raw chilli for a while. After a while, when the broth is thick, I put the radish cut into small pieces inside it. This time, after burning it for a while, I put the eggplant cut into small pieces inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. This time I took it down from the stove.

This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put small shrimp inside it. Now add a little salt and turmeric powder inside Stir well and fry. So my shrimp has been slightly fried. This time I put it in a container.

In the same pan, add oil, crushed onion and crushed garlic. This time I will stir it and fry it reddish. It has been fried reddish. This time I put eggplant and radish together. This time I stirred it for a while and gave it to the small shrimp fried inside. This time I moved again for a while. So I easily cooked eggplant and radish together with small shrimps. This time I took it down from the stove.
