Papaya is a very nutritious fruit. Many people like to eat ripe papaya but do not like to eat raw papaya. Papaya is one of the healthiest fruits. We usually eat raw papaya cooked or fried. However, whether it is raw papaya or ripe papaya, papaya contains a lot of Vitamin A, Vitamin B and a lot of protein. However papaya is a very healthy fruit. So many people do not like to eat raw papaya, so today I have fried raw papaya. So I thought I would share with you. I hope you like it.

Here are the ingredients for frying papaya-

Papaya, crushed onion, crushed garlic, sliced ​​green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

How to fry-

First I cut the papaya. Now I took out the grains from it and cleaned the inside well with the help of a spoon. So this time I peeled it and washed it well with clean water. Now I will cut the papaya into small pieces. So my papaya has been cut into small pieces.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put a little water in the pan. This time I put salt, turmeric powder and raw chilli in it. This time, when the water is thick, I put the chopped papaya inside it. This time I covered it with a lid by moving it a little. This time I will burn for a while.

After a while, I will lift the lid and stir it again to make it hot for a while till the papaya water dries up So my papaya is cooked and the papaya water is dry. This time I took it down from the stove.

This time I put a pan in the oven again with the same amount of oil in the pan and put onion and crushed garlic in it. When the onion and garlic are slightly reddish in color, I put papaya inside it. Now I will fry the papaya by stirring. In this way, after stirring for a while and frying the papaya, a very tasty papaya fry will be made. So my papaya has been fried. This time I took it down from the stove. If you fry papaya in this way, its taste will definitely stick to your mouth. You can definitely try it at home if you want.
