Welcome to my blog, today on the menu is a very special dish, it is a snack, it is mild on the pallets and amazingly piquant at the same time. This is a perfect snack before a supper and it is best to complement with an evening drinks of yours.
Black Pepper Chicken
The delicacy is normally prepared in curd, I have aded fresh cream to give it a soft texture. The chicken requires time to get soften so I have baked it for 30 minutes in the oven. Let me quickly take you through the recipe.
Ingredients :
- Tender chicken boneless - 700 gms.
- Dairy fresh Cream.
- Curd 1 cup.
- Mint Sauce.
- Salt to taste.
- Black Pepper - 1 tbsp.
- Garam Masala - 1 tbsp.
The process..
Take a bowl and add tender chicken pieces in it.
Add the mint sauce as the first ingredient for marination.
Add Curd and Cream to the chicken.
Now add spices to the chicken and mix it well.
The chicken is marinated, Let it rest for 10 minutes and preheat the oven 180degrees.
Now wrap the tray with an aluminium foil, butter the base and place marinated chicken pieces.
Now place the chiken in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and it will be ready.
And the delicious Black Pepper Chicken is ready.
