Whatever the situation you're presently going through and no matter what the circumstances maybe, you should know that no condition is permanent and the challenges has not come to stay.

But do whatever you can do to over the challenges and seek for help if needed. Never give up no matter what. Weigh up the situation and set up the best strategy to overcome it. Don't let yourself drain out, but instead find a way to refill or restore your energy. Believe in yourself and keep on hoping for the best.
