LEO POWER UP DAY || I POWER UP AND WON
Hello everyone,
It's been amazing to be here on this wonderful community and I am happy to be growing gradually through the help of the #leofinance community and the #Hive blockchain.
Last month, the leofinance community started a wonderful initiative of #LPUD, the same as #HPUD to help people grow their account by staking the Leo token in the second layer to have the governance in voting and to help build the Blockchain in the process.
The Leo power up day which is scheduled to happen 15th of every month in which the first of it take place last month which is 15th of June and the second edition also happened to take place on the 15th of July with some prize to be won such as Leo power delegations. But the second edition is more sweeter as there is a prize of two tickets and free accomodation to be won by two people to the #Hivefest which take place between 15-18 of September in Amsterdam courtesy of support from the #leofinance and the #blocktrades.
I was not able to participate in the first Leo power up day last month due to some personal reasons as I have some bills to settle. But this month, I make sure to take part with the believe that I may win something out of the blue, but I can't believe that I really won as I wake up today to received the notification where my name is being mentioned among the winners from @leogrowth . I am so happy that I won 2k Leo delegations from @steemstreems as I am happy and will make sure to put the delegations in to use wisely.
Not everyday one wake up to receive 2k delegations in to one account but I woke up today to receive such a great news and received the 2k Leo power delegation, this prize really motivate me to even want to do more and I really appreciate the support and contribution of the leofinance community towards my growth on the blockchain and becoming a mature lion 🦁 in the process.
