New Garden Update: Armyworms Attack My Maize

I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. It's with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I will like to share with you the new update regarding my maize plants. While I was complaining about my maize poor growth due to inadequate soil nutrients in which I have to apply organic manure to boost the growth and development of my maize. I was taking a walk around my garden today and I came to realized how the armyworm have brutalized my maize plants and after the growth of the plants.

Though not all the maize plants are attacked by the armyworm but majority of them are attacked and the armyworm have eaten through the gullet of each maize affected and it has make it hard for the maize plants to grow or produce fruits which is now of a great concern.

Armyworm is a pest which usually caused a great damages to maize and other small grain. They are not easily noticed because they always feed on the plants at night. I realized this because they have destroyed most of my maize plants by stripping of the leaves, eating off the gullet of my maize plants and moved from one plants to another causing serious damages. I think at this point, it's never too late and I must take an action and find a means to drive them away if I want to stand any chance of having good harvest.

I will keep you posted on which measure I used to control the armyworm that attacked my maize plants.
