It is more than two weeks ago that I last share with you about the growth and development of my beans farming and you can check here to more details about my beans farm.

Since the last time I shared with you about my beans farm, a little challenges have arise but I am now happy that I was able to overcome the challenges including my beans plant. Though I was initially scared when the rain stopped for a while because this is the first time I will be engaging in such large amount of beans farming but with the present situation of things, I am now relieved. It happens that after I updated you guys about my beans farm, there seems to be a rain drought which really affect the progress of my beans plant and other farming activities in general. Sometimes I keep wondering if my beans plant will be able to save the rain drought because they really need the rain downpour to survive at that moment and to help their growth and development as well.

The month of August started with a great rain drought which happens for more than two weeks if am not mistakenly or lose my count and it's even hard to see a bright sunshine during those period which really affected all my farming activities including the progress of my maize plants. But so far so good, the rain is back again and pouring heavily and this has positively influence the growth and development of my beans farm and I am happy with what I see.

The growth of my beans plants has been massive and it all thanks to the consecutive rain downpour. They all look so healthy and greenish as well and I believe that it's just a matter of time before my beans plants reach flowering stage which I will be happy to witness and share with you all.

Thanks for visiting my blog and have a wonderful day

This kind of bean is called Ewa oloyin in Yoruba (Honey bean) and can used for any cooking purposes. My farm is located at Ilorin.

Which part of the country did you reside in?

That's a big garden with very greeny beans. Harvesting them will be sweet with big beans seeds.
