Reasons Why Am Not Investing In Broiler Birds Business Despite How Lucrative It is

It is with great pleasure that I am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you have all been doing well. Broiler birds investment is said to be one of lucrative business especially here in my area, but I found it tough to invest in it even despite it being lucrative and I will like to share my reasons with you all.

When it's comes to raising of broiler birds business. It is one of the lucrative investment that's being overlooked by many individual due to some personal reasons. As for me, I have many friends who are venturing into this broiler birds business and doing well and making good profits from it.

Even despite the fact that I know how they are making fortune from this business, am still not convinced yet to go in to the business presently due to some reasons.

They say once bitten twice shy. I have once invested in broiler birds business and it really backfire on me and that's the reason why if at all possible that I want to invest in the business again,then I have to consider some factors.

Broiler birds business is little bit expensive to start especially due to present condition of my the economy and the issue of inflation. The price of feed has really go up and that's one of the first reasons am not considering investing in the broiler birds business due to the high rate at which birds consumed feeds.

Though you can start the business in a small scale, but the problem is that I have done that in the past where I raised twelve (12) broiler birds, but at the end, I was at great loss. I later realized that when it's comes to investing in broiler birds, the minimum number you can start the business is with fifty upwards birds. Because the more the birds then the more is the profits.

Another reason why am not investing in broiler birds business presently is due to the lack of space. Raising broiler birds required a big space because they can not strive when they are overcrowded and can even die of heat. They need a well ventilated environment to survive.

And last reason why am not investing in broiler birds business is the lack of customers relation which really affect me in the past. There was a certain period when birds due for selling, and I couldn't hold them longer because I don't have the space to do so and most especially they usually die of heat when they gain a lot weight.

I could not sell them off due to lack of customers and I have to hold on to them. But at the end, l lost almost half of the birds and I couldn't not even get back my capital from those that I sold. And for this reasons, I believe that if I have to start investing in the broiler birds business again, then I have to make sure to sort out those reasons mentioned above.
