Hello Exhaust community! πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹

Its been 3 months since my last post and since then I lost another 8 kg! Let's jump into the details!

Quick Reminder πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

If you want to look at my previous posts from the "Alcoholism to Fitness" series, down below you have the links to them! Now let's actually jump to talking about the last 3 months.

First Post (Starting point 90kg)
Second Post (6 weeks later 85kg)
Third Post 72kg (3 months later)

Diet changes πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”

Calories haven't changed much. I still keep eating around 1000 calories not counting vegetables which is mostly chicken as a protein source and almonds as fat source. The only thing I started experimenting with is vegetables. To every meal I add a lot of them, lately I love tomatoes, broccoli, pickled cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms, green beans. So yea in reality I'm probably eating around 1200-1300 calories counting vegetables. I found out that I need more vegetables to feel good both physically and mentally and I made a decision to not limit myself on them too much. I also need to let you know that in past 3 months I had one more cheatday! It means eat whatever I want without any limits. I'm trying to have a day like that every 1-2 months to reset my brain. I wouldn't be able to diet for 8 months straight without having those "mental reset days". It really helps to keep going.

Training πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

Still training at home with the dumbbells I have, 4x per week. Nothing really changed here but I hope to be back at gym in next months!

My thoughts πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”

Lately I started to see veins on my biceps, and I'm really happy about it, I can also see that the waist is way smaller. The biceps pose seems to be improved too. I can see much more details. It looks like I'm definitely making a huge progress but I'm still not where I want to be. The question is how long I can keep up with 1000 calories. Its really not healthy to do this for 8+ months and I can feel that I'm tired. Sometimes my brain is completly off and lagged. I also made a blood tests and my testosterone level went down by a lot due to keeping low calories for such a long time. I wanted to see my 6pack but I'm afraid its not going to happen this year. I plan to lose 4 more kg's (go down to 60kg) and then up my calories to 2000 + go back to the gym and try to build some muscles. Instead of losing weight I will try to focus on building muscles, building strength and most important thing I will try to keep the weight in a range of 60-65. After couple months of eating properly I'm gonna do next "cutting cycle" where I try to get the 6pack for real. That should be a reasonable goal and good decision for my body and health. I will make sure to keep you guys updated about my fitness journey. Thanks for reading/upvoting/commenting and stay tuned for more posts!
