#IAmAliveChallenge - Day #1: Self-Love - The Foundation of Everything - Seaview, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - July 28, 2022
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
Aloha Ma, Self-Reflective Love, Self-Love. This has been the main and most significant message in my experience of shifting out of romantic partnership with my dear @kai-sunrise, that I wrote about yesterday, in this post. The love we share for each other is so strong that it seems to even transcend our romantic relationship. She wasn't only my romantic partner, but my best friend - she still is. None of this is easy for me. It feels like I'm being stretched open with the pain and the immensity of this love.

It all brings me home to the absolute importance of self-love. It truly is the foundation from which everything else flows. I've been struggling with full, whole, complete self-love all my life. It seems to be one of my main life lessons, and now it's time to go even deeper.
Although I know that the #IAmAliveChallenge is being soft retired, it seems to be to be the perfect vehicle to express my journey into the unknown (due to so much shifting so quickly) that lays ahead. This is healing and cathartic for me, to be able to write about it here. Something like a journal, but far more dynamic and responsive.
From thess points, the only one I can't really do at this time is to "share on Twitter, and social media". I don't presently have a Twitter account, and I'm not interested in getting one, and most all my other social media accounts are all on alternative platforms, where I rarely post at the moment. I hope that this OK. 🙏 💚
I want to thank all who left such kind, caring comments on my post yesterday. I truly do appreciate it immensely. I am #AliveAndThriving and deeply grateful, even in my present pain. Self-love, self-love, self-love, one breath, one moment, one day at a time.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 🙏💚

I am very sorry that your relationship has ended and that you also need to move all at the same time @tydynrain, but it is great to see you alive and that you are working to heal, and yes IAAC might be soft retired but it's still here and on legacy support from the tribe, and don't worry about Twitter, keep healing and very welcome to the #IAmAliveChallenge, and stay safe, awesome and alive.
