Embracing The Joy Of Saturday Morning Football Fitness.

It's another beautiful Saturday morning to play some good football with the boys . I do this every Saturday morning , it is more or less a ritual for me. I regularly play football to keep myself fit and healthy .

I woke up this morning elated and ready for the day's activities. I did my regular physical fitness exercises which includes push ups , sit-ups and lifting of dumbbells. I did this for about 15-20 minutes before hitting out to the pitch.

The first thing I normally do when I get on the pitch is jog round it . I usually do about 10 laps taking it slow and steady. This usually gets my body activated and ready for the incoming intense action.

Last week there wasn't much turn up of guys on the pitch but the case was different today. Guys were much on the field today so we could conveniently play our normal 5-aside set game play .

Teams were selected randomly through a ballot system. There happened to be three teams and I got to find myself in team C. Playing with my teammates today was one hell of a ride as we shared the wins and losses together .

Next week promises to be another day of intense football action and trust me if I say I honestly look forward to it . Happy Weekend Actifit Family!
