HOW TO MAKE PAP.

It's my pleasure to Share with you my basic food recipes and here is oneππππ
PAP is locally called "Ogi" in my environs and it is made from maizeπ½π½....The production process is quite simple..let's go
STEP 1;
Soak the maizeπ½π½ either (yellow maize or white maize) in clean water for 2 days..On day 2, wash out of water and grind it....watch the picture below - the grinded cornππππ
STEP 2; Place a light material which water can penetrate easily over a container and tie properly to avoid drifting during the process..At this stage, your bucket of water must be put in place to begin the washing process.... picture belowππππ
STEP 3: Pour grinded corn on the sieve cloth, add water then begin to wash... Note that you will keep adding water as you continue... picture ππππ
STEP 4; After the washing process (step 3), allow for some minutes then scoop water out. By doing this, you'll allow the pap settle... Thereafter, get a bag and pour the left over into it....... picture ππππ
STEP 5; Using any means of your choice (for me I used a stone) press the bag to help drain the water... picture ππππ
STEP6; Your pap is ready for use so Get a container to store your it......
NOTE; Pap can be prepared and used just like Custard with Akara, Mio-mio, Bread, Cake,Fried-plantain, etc....
