Tener un empleo de oficina es realmente agotador. La rutina, los números, el Excel, el jefe; todo se acumula y abruma. La vida de oficina es mentalmente desgastante, y cuando no puedo soportarlo más, voy a la playa.
Mamá solía decir que la playa era el mejor lugar para estar, y tenía razón. Tengo muchas razones para disfrutar de la playa, pero el aire fresco, el ruido de las olas, la sensación de la arena en tus pies, el agua corriendo por tu piel, son cosas que me hacen sentir vivo y dar gracias por estar vivo.

El viernes pasado, bajé del transporte de la empresa en la playa y la gente a mi alrededor me veía extrañada de ver a alguien con corbata en la playa. No me importó. Me cambié tras unas palmeras y empecé a disfrutar de mi playa. Aproveché para reflexionar un poco, tomar algunas fotos y ver el atardecer. Era una linda tarde, tan linda que me hizo pensar si era la vida bella sólo ese día o si era bella todos los días. Definitivamente, la vida es bella todos los días.

De regreso a casa, tuve la oportunidad de ver una bandada de pájaros volar sobre mi, fue hermoso. Mis horas favoritas para visitar la playa son o muy temprano en la mañana o pasada la tarde antes del anochecer, ya que así puedo ver la belleza del amanecer y de la puesta de sol desde el agua, además de que nadie más va a esas horas y está totalmente sola para mi, pero por algún motivo, había muchas personas a mi alrededor ese día.

Ver atardeceres siempre será algo hermoso, y venir a la playa es algo que no todo el mundo puede hacer, y poder hacer ambas me hace sentir como todo un afortunado. Definitivamente, la vida es bella todos los días. Hasta la próxima.

Holding an office job is really exhausting. The routine, the numbers, the Excel, the boss; it all piles up and overwhelms. Office life is mentally draining, and when I can't take it anymore, I go to the beach.
Mom used to say that the beach was the best place to be, and she was right. I have many reasons to enjoy the beach, but the fresh air, the sound of the waves, the feel of the sand on your feet, the water running over your skin, are things that make me feel alive and thankful to be alive.

Last Friday, I got off the company transport at the beach and the people around me looked at me strangely to see someone with a tie on the beach. I didn't care. I changed my clothes behind some palm trees and started to enjoy my beach. I took the opportunity to meditate a bit, take some pictures and watch the sunset. It was a beautiful afternoon, so beautiful that it made me think if life was beautiful just that day or if it was beautiful every day. Definitely, life is beautiful every day.

On the way back home, I had the opportunity to see a flock of birds flying over me, it was beautiful. My favorite hours to visit the beach are either very early in the morning or late in the afternoon before sunset, because then I can see the beauty of the sunrise and sunset from the water, and also because no one else goes there at that time and it is all alone for me, but for some reason, there were a lot of people around me that day.

Watching sunsets will always be a beautiful thing, and coming to the beach is something that not everyone can do, and being able to do both makes me feel lucky. Definitely, life is beautiful every day. See you next time.
