I mean our bodies change as we grow baby or not baby but I absolutely think its possible to keep toned and healthy after childbirth and into our 80s if we want it badly enough. Check out the 80 year old body builders who have children. I know a few mums with 4 packs from 20 minutes working out at home a dat doing insanity. I am not saying everyone 'has' to have that type of body just that for many it is totally possible to get into your own version of fit and toned after pregnancy / after the age 60 etc etc. Sure you might have a few imperfections but some people are born with those. I know a few women my age who always say they can't lose weight because they are older, but I notice they are not as strict on their healthy eating as they were in their 20s or that they are not working out really anymore, I think the biggest battle is the mind.

Yes absolutely. If you really have to have a nice body, it's possible with proper work outs. You see all the actresses out there with babies, they still have a beautiful figure.

And it's ok even if you don't have it as long as you are happy with what you have.
