Serendipity Coffee

Hello, very good morning to all of you.

Today, I want to give the best of me to the world, just for the fact of being alive.

Every day, so many unexpected things happen, good and bad, someone is born and someone dies, so many times that I have lost track of time to understand how ephemeral life can be, and the blessing it means to wake up, take a deep breath, have a cup of coffee and align your mind and body to pursue a new goal, learn something new, that smart move that will make you climb a step on the great ladder of life.

By the way, of so many stories I have shared with you, I never told you about my favorite coffee, the faithful companion of my breakfast, in my country they call it "Guayoyo", light coffee, one and a half tablespoon of powder for every liter of water and sugar to taste.

My bowl of coffee today, made me remember a special moment in my life as an empirical scientist....

My anxiety attacks, the disorder of my organism, a sleep crisis and a bad diet, ended in obesity type 1, 30 kilos overweight, without muscle mass, without energy and fatigue, in the middle of the storm, I prayed with all the strength of my heart to fulfill a fast and to discern my future, restore my overall health, and a very personal desire, to sculpt again my temple, my body.

My coffee, my moment of empowerment to resist, with a saccharine pill.

Many unanswered questions, is there life after death, is the injection of eternal youth real, those major laboratories of the pharmaceutical industry do not travel to Mars to bring the raw material, placebo or panacea, everything is here on this planet, in the fertile soil, the seed, the root, the stem, the leaf, the flora, the vegetation, the chlorophyll vitamin, the photosynthesis, the cell.

I needed to find a solution to this equation that did not allow me to fall into the arms of Morpheus.

Nomad and hermit, my new lifestyle, the certainty of achieving something important, I studied many plants and their healing powers, the coffee seed as a starting point for trials. Many were the tests and guinea pigs, three species of plants from the Amazon rainforest gave me a magical energy, they are known as "Moringa oleifera", "Chinchamochina" and "Amarantos".

I wrapped each handful of coffee seeds in chinchamochina leaves, I put them to brown in a large clay oven, all the seeds turned red and then went through the mill along with the dried leaves of moringa oleifera and amaranths, the fusion of all resulted in a powder of brown, orange and golden colors.

With trepidation, I was ready to try my own invention, a deep inhalation before putting the substance in my mouth....

It was like carrying a ton of magmatic stones on the bottom of the sea, letting go, and at the speed of light, breathing the surface air, a million ants crawling across my skin, having the weight of a feather, defying gravity, stopping time and touching the stars, discovering the value of the present, here and now.

A pleasant and surprising result, maybe a dream, but in a few days I will be on the October cover of Men's Health, a special report on how Serendipity Coffee changed my life.

This is my participation for Spill The Beans Contest.
I invite @callmeenjoy to participate.

A big hug dear friend, as always you did a great creative job writing, it was very interesting the part where you mixed emblematic plants such as moringa, which is well known for its medicinal properties to finally create that magnificent coffee with an experiment worthy of appearing on the cover of the magazine. Greetings.
