I like how you put communication first. Thats always the biggest problem in a relationship. At least in my experience. So many people think that their partner just knows what the other is thinking. But they dont. People are not mind readers.
Communication is also the key factor to building the trust & earning respect.
Damn, you are good at this stuff. Why didnt you bring this stuff a couple years ago on the show? This stuff is awesome!

You can NEVER take things for granted, our reality may not be the same as our partner's, and communication plays a fundamental role in that situation, and as you say, we can't read our partner's mind, we don't know what they need and what they don't need if we don't hear them say so.

i think that some couples always live in a constant conflict of "you never help me in anything" and when you ask the person who complains if he/she has ever asked for help verbally the answer is going to be "no".

I don't know, XD I feel like right now when I start writing and get real problems out of my head and just write them here it's made me think about a lot of things.

and then it's a matter of using the right words, not a casual chat but something that can be useful for generations and that everyone can interpret it later with their own words, paraphrase it or whatever.
