My Favourite Childhood Fruit on My Evening Jog!

Namaste.πŸ™

Do I need to tell you where I've brought you today? Come on, we have been walking together for the last few days. However, it's less about walking and more about the beautiful and strange views along the way. But anyway, this newly developing park is quite long and I probably haven't even seen half of it yet.

So today, while going for an evening jog, I left the house thinking that I would not look around at all and would go for a long run, and I was able to do that for about 1 mile but then suddenly I saw a tree, which was right in front of me. And as soon as I saw that tree, I started getting glimpses, memories of childhood and a different sweet taste in my mouth. At first, I felt as if my blood pressure was going down, so I stopped to relax a little but then as soon as I raised my head and looked up my mouth opened with a beaming face and smiling eyes.😁
It was a mulberry tree!

But the most joyful thing was that at this time there were so many fruits on it. However, the fruits on this tree were smaller in size than my childhood variety.

Also, most of the fruits were still small and unripe, but many were completely juiced and looked sweet.

Maybe after ripening for a few more days, their size becomes a little bigger and they may also acquire that mulberry colour. Though I am not sure about that but seeing this fruit so closely after many years, I could not stop myself from plucking it.πŸ˜„

I plucked some mulberries and ate them there, then decided to take some for my wife as well. Because once she also told me that there was a mulberry tree on the way to her childhood school and kids often used to enjoy it after school.

Don't underestimate them because of their size and colour. You may probably find other varieties out there, but they are all equally juicy and sweet.πŸ˜‹

AwwwghπŸ₯Ή anything that jolts a sweet memory is a go-to affair.
This is the first time I am seeing this sort of fruit, though the name sounds all too familiar.

Yes because it is the fruit of a very big family. Almost all the berries you see anywhere in the world are members of this family. There are many wines made from it and all of them are very tasty, although I have tasted only a few of them but the point is that this is a famous fruit which you must taste onceπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹

Mere looking at the composition of the fruits, I won't need to be told how juicy and tasty it is. It could be nice to have a taste.

The mulberry fruit that I know of is that colour when little, then red, then purplish black. My grandmother had a tree and I used to climb it like a monkey.πŸ™ˆ Very nice captures 😍

Mulberries are probably the same and maybe these ones too will become like that after ripening for a few more days. But I was so excited to see this fruit after so long that I could not stop myself from eating it.πŸ˜„πŸ˜‹
Hope your grandma still has that tree.

I can relate to that excitement πŸ€—
Unfortunately, it's been long gone but maybe I can buy a seedling of it and try to grow a tree. Sounds like a really good plan. 😊
