Mejorando mi sonrisa

Hola gente, vamos muuuyyyy bien, ya llevo un par de meses con la ortodoncia y el cambio ya se comienza a notar 🔥

Te invito a que me acompañes en este cita de control y cambio de ligas, y es que desde que voy en el auto ya voy emocionado, bueno siendo sincero si es por mí siempre me colocaría ligas negras 😅 con ese color me siento cómodo (y son justamente las que me retiraron) pero mi ortodoncista y mi mamá me animan para que elija otro color y me terminan convenciendo 😏 la verdad son muchos colores para elegir así que digo... ¿Por qué no? Ya los brackets están allí así que vamos a darle color 🤣

¿Qué tal el resultado con estos morados? Bueno, la verdad me gustaron y me gusta más verme al espejo y ver cómo va mejorando mi sonrisa y realmente sin sufrir, ya se que piensas "Noooo, eso debe doler muchísimo" ó "debe ser molesto comer o hablar con todo eso en los dientes" y no les voy a mentir cuando los colocan si duele porque los dientes se aflojan un poco y comienzan a ajustarse (de acuerdo a la presión colocada por el ortodoncista) pero por ejemplo, aunque en cada ajuste duro uno o dos días con un poco de dolor sobre todo para comer, es un dolor soportable pero, no en todos los casos es igual, en el caso de mi mamá (por ejemplo) lloró el primer día cuando se los colocaron, creo que tiene que ver con el nivel de dolor que se pueda soportar y la complejidad del caso, pero una vez te acostumbras terminas saliendo del consultorio con una enorme sonrisa como las que les dejamos al final.

Si necesitas ortodoncia te aconsejo que dejes el miedo de lado y visites al odontólogo que desees, la ciencia y laedicina tienen muchos avances y estoy muy seguro que no será una experiencia tan aterradora como te la imaginabas. 😉

Hello people, we are doing veryyyyyy well, I've had my braces on for a couple of months now and the change is already starting to show 🔥.

I invite you to join me in this appointment of control and change of braces, and since I'm in the car I'm already excited, well to be honest if it were up to me I would always wear black braces 😅 with that color I feel comfortable (and they are exactly the ones that were removed) but my orthodontist and my mom encourage me to choose another color and they end up convincing me 😏 the truth is there are many colors to choose from so I say .... Why not, the brackets are already there so let's give it some color 🤣.

How about the result with these purple ones? Well, the truth is I liked them and I like more to see myself in the mirror and see how my smile is improving and really without suffering, I know you think "Noooo, that must hurt a lot" or "it must be annoying to eat or talk with all that on your teeth" and I'm not going to lie when they are placed if it hurts because the teeth loosen a little and begin to adjust (according to the pressure placed by the orthodontist) but for example, although each adjustment lasts one or two days with a little pain especially when eating, it is a bearable pain but not in all cases it is the same, in the case of my mom (for example) she cried the first day when they were placed, I think it has to do with the level of pain that can be endured and the complexity of the case, but once you get used to it you end up leaving the office with a huge smile like the ones we left at the end.

If you need orthodontics I advise you to leave fear aside and visit the dentist you want, science and medicine have many advances and I am very sure it will not be as scary an experience as you imagined 😉.
