Splinterlands: Survival Bracket 1-5 Liquidity Bot 250k Glint Testing Challenge - Round 6 & 7 'DragonForce'!
Intro
Here we are again, the Survival Liquidity Bot testing bonanza continued! That 250k Glint was simply still to good to turn down. I've already polished off 250k, it's actually easier to do than you'd think, so came back in search of more funds.
This post marks the third & fourth times I've been back to the well, but who could say no.. it's doing wonders for my Splinterlands Account! That's a cool 1 Million Glint earned in 4 Seasons back to back, nice.. 😇
In a previous post I had suggested that there was a rumour that Round 5 would be the last round of Bot Training but that turned out to be rubbish. The Rounds continued until the Bots were considered polished enough for deployment to the new Modern Brackets, and the aforementioned modern brackets were underway
For anyone that got in early and has keep solid pushing through Round after Round, thats the better part of around 2 Million Glint on the table. It seriously pays to keep your ear to the ground on Discord and follow what's going on!

How Did It Go?
Actually thought quite a while about what bracket to inhabit, based on my CP the only sensible decision was to hug the Novice Bracket, and stick to what I knew.

Having learnt from the last Survival adventure I was already aware of a set of Rentals I would have to sort out before getting underway, but that wasn't going to be enough, based on the league I would start the Survival Round in I would need much more firepower to make some progress and deliver that +50% winning average. Thankfully all things are obtainable..
It was time to unleash some Dragonforce lolz.!
The plan was simple, to splurge a little on Rentals and hire a full swathe of Dragons to use as a battering ram to push through the harder high mana matches. Both Archons and Units eg.
(Surprisingly it wasn't as expensive as I though it would be)

With the new firepower at my disposal all things were possible, even in the lower mana matches, pairing Akane with Rage and any other bystander was brutal for my opponents lol.

I mean even on his own in close quarters with the added ability of Ambush was enough to tip the balance my direction. Shocking dismissals lol!

But the real fun was had when a high mana match dropped from the heavens and there was an excuse to let the entire dragon cohort off the chain at the same time, absolute carnage, the weight of alpha attack decimated opponents, and no quarter was given, haha! 😇

The general plan fo this lineup was simple, Nidhoggr applying Blast and Deathblow to the first 3 dragons.. 'Zyrx', 'Rage', 'Night Reaper' and 'Songale' at the rear attracting attacks to allow the first 3 dragons to do their damage mostly unchecked, 'Zarin' thrown in to slow the enemy down as well as if things weren't bad enough for the opponent.
The result was my lineup barely broke sweat!

Results
When all was said and done I managed to push myself all the way to Champion II in Survival which is nuts, but if you ever splash out on some dragons you'll understand it is easily possible! I also turned their focus on Modern League and walked right out of Silver League with their help.
Survival Bot Testing is all over now, done and dusted, but it was a hell of a ride!

The fact that I was also able to repetitively scape onto the Leaderboard and win an extr card was also pretty damn sweet, extra bonus, cherry on top lol.

Rewards
As stated previously quite the haul, I've ended up pulling in a cool 1 Million Glint.
On top of that I've also ended up with a nice little set of these..

A million Glint is honestly an insane haul for all that grinding. Renting out those high mana dragons sounds like it completely changed the game for you once you figured out the strategy.
You are not wrong @rebet! I mean I missed the early doors kick off of the Survival bot testing, which makes me a little sad, but the last 4 Seasons in a row was indeed some Glint haul, especially for someone with a minnow Splinterlands account. I've still got 600k Glint sitting around haven't exactly decided how i'm going to spend it yet lol.
On a side note I'm kinda glad the bracket bot testing is now over.. grinding out 250 matches on top of normal Season activites was actually a bit of a drain on time and effort, but undoubtedly will prove to be a good investment going forward! 😇
And yes to your other point, Dragons are awesome, I'm very likely going to purchase some! 🐲
