Hive Open Mic Week 131: Orgullo Patrio |Pagsubok | Cover By Usagidee
I first struggled to come up with a song for this, but fortunately, while I was looking through what may be performed for this week, I came across a piece of music that was unquestionably a wonderful fit for this challenge. The song I selected was "Pagbangon," performed by well-known singer Julie Ann San Jose. The words "getting up" and "rising" are the English translations of this song. This is actually made for our loving countrymen who are on the frontlines since they are the ones we consider to be modern heroes, especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic is still spreading.
I can attest to the severity of the struggles faced by those on the front lines when the pandemic tested us for years. They were separated from their family for several months or perhaps years, and some of them passed away from the illness Covid-19. I have seen how hard fate has tested them up to this point, but I can also tell that many of us admire persons of this kind. I can affirm that our Front liners throughout the pandemic were a source of today's pride for our country. Many of our people stop believing in Covid-19, but I will always be grateful to the doctors, nurses, volunteers, and other police officers and soldiers who continue to provide their unique services to the best of their abilities.
Again, I'd like to dedicate this song not only to our country's frontliners, but to all of the frontliners out there who are striving to help other people and children and giving their life for the cause of all people. We are extremely proud of you, front-liners!

Yes ate, isa sa kinaaka proud is pagigigng resilient ng karamihan sa atin. Sa ibang bansa kasi hindi daw sila ganito. Kumabaga sa iba nga daw parang walang pake ung ibang tao sa mga nakikita nila pero dito satin may bayanihan tlga.

Usagi hello, how are you? it's nice to meet you, I had not had the opportunity to cross my path with yours and it was really very nice all that I have witnessed!!!!
I will start with your words, certainly we must thank a lot to those who took the lead in this battle against covid-19, it was and still is hard in some countries, both doctors and authorities managed to take care of this event that unbalanced us all... I am one of those who lost a family member during this pandemic, but I know they did their best to help him, as they do with many patients.
I am a Psychologist and I had to help many people through phone calls and video calls to keep calm during this tragedy as everyone's mental health was very compromised, I also needed help later to stabilize and move on, in fact I lost my job at the soccer academy where I was serving as an emotional counselor, but here I am and somehow, I am still helping!!!!
I loved this song that brings out the pride for your country, how beautiful is that and more when it is expressed through music in such a great way as you have done... you sing very beautifully, I congratulate you 🌹💖!!!!!
