ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #41 Folk Medicine || A Help of Herbals
Hello hivers of this wonderful community blessed Sunday to each everyone. I hope you had great weekend with your family, friends and loved ones. Im here to participate at sir @justinparke challenge of the week.
I remember before my mother in law told me that because of poverty her kids never experienced medication. And she thank that too because they can't afford to pay the bills. Then I asked her when they are sick how did she treat them? And she replied I had herbals around
Guava Leaves

Because I had three normal deliveries I experienced using this as my hygiene. After I pee I need to wash my vagina with boiled guava leaves the more its hot the more it's better. And it's really effective because its make me feel better. My son has also under gone to circumstance and even we went to hospital procedure we still gave him boiled guava leaves. When it comes to wound I really advised you to try guava leaves because I can prove it's effective and safe.
Oregano

My mother in law told me that she use this leaves to cure cough and colds. Before the only medicine they can buy is paracetamol and the rest was herbal medication. When the rice is about to be cooked you can put the oregano leaves in a small plate then crushed it. But my friend told me that it's more effective when you'll crushed it purely after getting it in their stem just rinse it well.
Alagaw

After I start to lived in the province I taste their different kind of cuisine called paksiw it's a dish cook with vinegar, ginger, onion and garlic. But not only you can used it to dishes but it can also cure prickly heats. Just boiled the leaves and before you mixed it in your shower put salt. I used this with my kids and after how many uses their rashes was gone.
Sambong

After having several UTI or urinary track infection I was told to drink this Sambong because I had the worst case. My pee has blood clot and it was terribly painful before I went to doctor to seek help I drink mefenamic acid so I can sleep well.
Herbal medication are safe and effective to used it only depends on the person if they want to used this kind of treatment or not. And the most important thing is to always stay healthy inside and out.

Good herbs, and these are very good for treating sick people, and they can be used.
Yes they are my friend @akhyar23 effective and safe too
Thanks for the support friend.
I like your firsthand experience with these remedies. In Cambodian guava leaves are commonly used in herbal medicines, but I don't recognize sambong, although it does look quite similar to some plants we have here.
Me too sir @justinparke but after I start to live here in the province I learned to cure myself naturally. Specially when budgeting is getting tough. Thank you for dropping by sir
