I Fried Some Fish Eggs

It's me again hivers of @foodiesbeehive. My recipe for today is a simple fried dish but it made more special because it's unique sort off😅 any ways it was delicious too.

Ingredients

Cleaned Big Fish
Cooking oil
Salt
Seasoning
Ground pepper
Calamansi

Procedure

Last Saturday hubby was called by her mother in the road and when he came back he was carrying this big Taiwan fish that's how they called it. Then he told me to clean it up because he thought it has eggs inside its tummy. After I had a family I learned to eat new foods that I haven't tried when I was young.
First cut the fins then removed all the scales it's scales was big as one peso coin. Then slice its stomach to remove its intestine and hubby was right it was carrying a lot of eggs. I segregated the part that can be eat and not, then I slice the fish it and set it aside.

Here's how the eggs looks like

And this how it looks like after I removed the part that's not worth eating. I squeeze the eggs with calamansi to removed it's fishy then I add salt, ground pepper and seasoning. I heated the pan pour cooking oil and fried it till golden brown. Be careful when frying this fish eggs because the oil splatters so be sure to cover it after putting the fish eggs.

Here's the finished product

Hubby will bring it to work so I didn't made any sauce it goes well with chopped onion, green chilies and vinegar. I alsp used paper to drain the excess oil. hhmmm it's so delicious you can eat as it.

Hola @usagigallardo015 el pescado te quedo muy crujiente y se ve muy rico para comer, a mí me encanta el pescado así, es mucho más rico crujiente, las veces que mi mamá cocina pescado frito yo le digo que lo tosté lo más posible para que queden muy crujientes. Es primera vez que veo huevos de pescado, nunca había visto los huevos y ni sabía que se podían cocinar, tampoco los he probado. Saludos

This is interesting sis. Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng fish eggs and pwede din pala syang iluto nang ganyan. Napadami siguro kain mo nyan? hehe!
