My Son was Chosen as Senior Scout

Good afternoon @asean.hive community, Ria has no classes today. Her teacher message us early this morning and said she was not feeling well. Ria's class is Monday to Thursday, so if they had no class today they need to attend until Friday. It's still on their teacher decision, my post for today is all about my grade 8 son. His been assigned to joined the scout program on their school.

The first is their oath to their assigned duty

Her elder sis was so proud after seeing him. She told me that she can't help smiling after seeing it doing their practice. Under the hot son 🥵. These last Saturday my son told us that they'll be having a practice it will start at 7:30 in the morning and ends at 15:00. I didn't expect that her sister will help me prepare his things. They always annoys each other like cats and dogs 🤣😅. But I feel they love each other everyday they went to school together, elementary until now. @katsuki29 has a lot of hardships to her younger siblings but I know that will keep her love strong for them.

My son is with his classmates they were able to save money because they had a free ride with Aaron's relative. His the closes friend of my son. Everything in the list was prepared for son first training program.

Call Time: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
Duration: 7 hrs (8 AM - 3 PM)
Attire: Type C

To Bring:

• Parent Consent to New Scouts
• Personal Medication/s
• Snacks
• Lunch
• Extra shirt
• Water Bottle
• Triangular Bandage or Neckerchief
• Extra handkerchief for padding
• improvised splints

As they arrive they were explained on what they are going to do. All the picture that I uploaded was taken by my son. He knew how important for me writing on hive so even it's not safe to take pictures he actually does. After the orientation they demonstrate using a mannequin. Im sorry for this part because I'm not also familiar in doing that precautions. But looks like my son capture all the details he need. This scenario is a big help for immediate treatment of those who need specially when the professional are far enough to come.

They also taught on each other on how to cure once a person has a dislocation. This somehow will prevent the pain from getting worst.

And this is the best part, he was awarded by this certificate. We were so proud of him. He was very tired he fell asleep after going home.

ADVANCEMENT TRAINING -First Aid

The MSC (Municipal Scouting Committe of Calumpit) on its regular Advancement Training conducts a one day FIRST AID training Workshop to the senior scouts of Calumpit it was facilitated by the MDRRMO (Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office ) through the assistance of some Eagle Scouts of Calumpit. It is through the leadership of SCTR. Rodolfo Manumbas,SCTR. Jose Pangan, ES Ace Feliciano, ES Christine Joy Cano. It was participated by the different scouts in Calumpit.
The Sta Lucia NHS Senior Scouts actively participating to the training as part of their Advancement Training to acquired knowledge and skills about First Aid.

Our sincere appreciation and thanks to all the Parents and to our Institutional Head Mam Melannie Sangoyo for supporting this advancement activity training.
